Returns
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of reciving the package initiate a return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Refund or Exchange: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method. If you wish for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you promptly.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at slimeshoesil@gmail.com We will arrange for a replacement or refund,in case of replacment we will cover the return shipping costs.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 14 hours of placement. After that time frame, orders may have already been processed and cannot be canceled. Please contact our customer support team for assistance with cancellations.
